Weave
Concept Development
Whether you already have a specification, or require support in developing your concept, we will work with you to ensure we map out the aims, feasibility and potential of your project.
Sourcing
Combining an excellent ever-growing in-house collection of yarns, with our strong supplier connections, we will source yarns to ensure we achieve the required aesthetic, handle and finish.
When supplying your own raw materials, we will review the suitability and feasibility of the yarn, verifying the the raw material aligns with the finished aims
Sampling
Initial prototyping to bring your concepts to life. The sampling phase allows for experimentation, adaptation and confirmation of feasibility.
Production Weaving
With capabilities of weaving up to 1.1m wide, our made-to-order fabrics will be woven to your specification.
Technical Reporting
We create a bespoke reports, providing a review of each process and the repeatability of the project. We also ensure you have all the required technical documentation needed to accompany the work.
